Hemptology wishes to exchange a product you can write to us at sales@hemptology.co.uk for further assistance.
Return
In order to return our products, we will accept products in original packaging with all swing tags in a tidy and properly folded manner (in case of fabrics). There will be a 20% (of original purchase value) re-stocking charge and the postal cost will be covered by the customer. All returns must be notified and agreed within 14 days of the original purchase, returns outside this date will be at the company’s discretion.
NOTES:
- For faulty goods there will be no restocking charge.
- For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of face masks, underwear or close to skin products that have been removed from the original packaging.
Please explain the reasons you are returning the item and mention clearly whether you want refund or exchange.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the goods at our returns centre.
