Apparel Warranty Policy

At Hemptology we are proud to offer our customers only the highest quality, purest hemp fabrics from the lap of the Himalayas. 

In the unlikely event that you discover a defect with any our products you are protected by our Apparel Warranty Policy.  Please contact our customer service team and we will do what we can to make it right.

Hemptology offers warranty of all of its fabric and other products purchased by retailers or wholesales to be free of defects  for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase of the product through our website.  

Our warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but it doesn’t cover damages or defects caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or natural fading of colours (in the case of fabric). 

If our fabric is found to be defective after inspection by our team, we’ll replace it or refund your money.   

Please note that all warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
